A ROAD LESS TRAVELED

This documentary tells the story of Kourken and Malvine Handjian, Denise’s grandparents, who survived the Armenian genocide.  Their personal stories document the massacre of 1.5 million Armenians between 1915 and 1923 at the hands of the Ottoman Turks.  This documentary continues to win many awards, the most recent being an Emmy Award for Denise’s original music.
